Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and Three Tree Point, this addition was thoughtfully designed to celebrate the views in every direction. Our clients came to us with a wonderful challenge—how to position their new primary suite to capture the sunsets, the water, and the surrounding landscape from every angle. The new top-floor primary ensuite became a private retreat, where careful planning ensured the furniture layout, sightlines, and natural light all worked in harmony with the view. On the main living level, removing the original chimney opened the space into a gracious, light-filled area perfectly suited for gathering and entertaining. A covered porch was added to extend the experience outdoors, complete with an integrated sound system and built-in ceiling heaters for year-round enjoyment.

Throughout the home, the built-in sound system was thoughtfully extended into the primary ensuite and walk-in closet, creating an elevated experience for everyday routines and evenings out. New offices were carefully constructed with soundproofing to support focused, comfortable work-from-home days. In the children's bedrooms, custom wallpapers were chosen to reflect each child's personality, adding warmth and individuality to their spaces.
