This beautiful North Beach home was reimagined around the heart of family life—a more functional kitchen for everyday gathering and three thoughtfully designed bedrooms to bring the whole family together on the second floor. From the first design conversation, our clients shared a clear vision, and we worked closely with them to bring it to life.

The home's footprint was expanded to welcome a new mudroom and an open, entertaining kitchen on the main level, with a graceful switchback stairway leading up to the second floor. There, two bedrooms and a full bathroom were created for the children, alongside a private primary ensuite for the parents.

A large slider in the primary suite opens onto a private deck framing sweeping views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain sunsets—a quiet retreat at the end of every day. Generous decks were also added to both the front and side porches, extending the home's entertaining spaces and inviting the surrounding views into daily life.
